I'm shocked that Macy's is selling this! The stand isn't centered on the plate. The edge is uncomfortably sharp and pointy. The gold-colored paint flaked off as I removed the wrapping.

I bought two. The first one the pedestal was off centered. The second one had adhesive glue drops next to pedestal on plate under side near pedestal

it’s cute but I don’t know looks cheap and gold edge already coming out.
Elegant Cake Stand
This is a very pretty cake stand that is made of thick glass. The gold design on the edge, as well as on the layered stand are a nice and give the stand an elegant look. It’s definitely substantially made so I’m not worried about it falling over. I just wish it had come with a dome, but I knew that when I made the purchase., so will not hold that against the manufacturer and give it less than five stars.
