Terrible screen savior
Your screen savior picture is very objective and will not let me change it. We had one we liked and enjoyed then one day it disappeared. tried selecting other pictures, but will not save and returns with objective picture of a baby gorilla.

Pops the room!
Great addition to my Bourbon room, adds a vibrant picture for watching sports. The frame adds color, texture, and accents the rest of the room, the art choices for the picture adds color while not watching the game. Calibration was easy. Easy to control the brightness of picture. No problem with glare on the screen

Mats and filters need work
The product is user-friendly, easy to use, easy to load. The main purpose of my purchase was to view my photos as artwork. I was extremely disappointed at the matting Colors, black comes up as a dark gray all the blues greens purple pink are Very strange color tones. But most importantly the black mats are not black. I have tried to adjust the lighting the brightness and still get a dark gray color. So to counteract that, I had to literally Photoshop every photo individually. Also disappointing is there's no video graphics to place Home made videos on the photo screen. I have not noticed any glare. I am happy with the brightness the texture. That's built in filters could use a little bit more work, they are fairly poor.

Fantastic picture quality
This TV works exponentially well. The picture is beautiful and the artwork you can display is amazing. I really like how I can play my games without having a glare on the screen.

I do not recommend Samsung Frame TVs in general. The software is buggy and the hardware is built to.fail. Samsung does not stand behind their products.

Great! But Settings are Confusing
I love the TV and the art features so far. The only annoying this is figuring out the settings… They’re spread out and a little hidden so it took a long time to figure out how to get the timer working properly so i wasn’t woken up at night from the TV randomly turning on. The brightness is good, very adjustable. There’s no glare that I’ve experienced. The texture looks very much like real art as long as you don’t have the digital matte on. I like that you can control brightness/warmth/vibrancy and it has good auto settings depending on the room surroundings

Good TV
Have the older model Frame tv in a 50in and needed another for a guest room in a smaller size. I like the TV cause when you put your own photos it fills the screen vs the larger one which just will frame them unless you purchase the subscription art.
