Never received, Macys no help came from vender

I never recived this item. Tracking showed it going to Kansas City on 1/26 and nothing after that. I called Macy's on the 29th and was told they couldnt issue a refund because it cane from a third party vendor. (I PAID Macy's for it) said the vendor would reach out to me in 5 days! Why?? Still waiting 2/1 now. NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON MACY'S THAT COMES FROM A VENDOR! Not worth it. I could have bought a lovely set from Pennys while it was on sale, instead I really like this one and had always trusted Macy's. Very disappointed

Missing Items Seller Unresponsive

I order my shower set and contacted the seller to notify them. They said they would send a replacement, that was over a month ago and nothing has happened. Don’t buy anything from Macy’S outside vendors. There was not an option to leave a ZERO star rating otherwise I would have selected that,

I did not receive what I ordered. I had trouble placing the order! When I finally called by phone to place order and was told the order is complete. Order shipped from New Jersey to Ohio to Walton Ky then back to New Jersey and on to New York. Never made it to my area!!! I will not order from Macys again.
