Very Disappointed

Macys, as a PLATIUM Member will I consider purchasing items in the future for Spode Ornaments in the future from your Company in the future for my WIFE this our any other CHRISTMAS? Not a Very Happy Camper if you must KNOW!

Beautiful Heirloom

I purchased two of these, one for my daughter and one for myself. Both of us absolutely love them! They looked perfectly exquisitely on our tree! They will be treasured by our family for decades to come!

Certainly not in giftable condition!!

The item is pretty but the box appeared to have its top ripped off; yet the outer package was not damaged at all; so it seems it was packed like that. I had hoped to give it as a gift but it's certainly not in giftable condition. I can provide a photo when i get home later.

Color inconsistent

Bought 2 as gifts. The color of the heart was inconsistent. Luckily not going to people in the same household.

Worth the money
