Macy’s is going downhill

Wrong color was sent and quality was poor anyways. No return label was provided and Macy’s did a terrible job supporting me and answering my questions. Had to go out of my way and purchase a return label from UPS which Macy’s did not say would have to happen. Another item I had in my order was poor quality and thinking it’s time for me to stop shopping at Macy’s.
