Excellent service when returning and purchasing

Excellent product to sleep in with its softness. The 100% cotton makes it very breathable and I'm sure the the natural fabric will make it a sure, smooth, durability that I look to enjoy. They are white sheets so the colorfastness ought not to be a problem. I actually returned my first pair of man-made fabric sheets when realized they were not what I was looking for. We have a late summer in San Francisco, so the heat and sheets would have made me uncomfortable as I'm a 'hot' sleeper. When I returned my previous purchased sheets the employee that helped me SF Macy's greeted me kindly and dealt with my return with respect and understanding. She wanted to help me! He name is Terry. Please give her a raise or bonus at least as she will be the reason I will return to Macy's and suggest other friends to shop there over other stores. Thank you for listening.

Best sheets you can buy!

A few years ago I discovered Macy’s Charter Club sheets. They are soft, durable, and wash well. Fortunately, the sheets are usually on sale when I need to buy them. I order them online and delivery is amazingly fast. Thank you Macy’s !

Ahh...

Even softer than the Charter Club damask sheets I've used for years. I like that sheets are sold separately. Washes and dries beautifully.

Luv this product line of Charter Club sheets. I have a Queen and a king bed . Only negative comment is that they are TOO LONG. Otherwise, PERFECT!!
