I have been purchasing Charter Club products for years and have never had any problems. However, this time I was disappointed with my purchase. I always wash new bed sheets before using them. After washing this set, I noticed several red marks on the pillowcases and duvet cover. Since the item was brand new, I did not expect it to have any defects or discoloration. I contacted customer service and was told that I could not return or exchange the item because it had been washed. I told them I took picture if they need it. However, the issue was only discovered after washing, which is a normal step before first use. As a long-time customer, I am very dissatisfied with this experience and unhappy with this purchase. I expected better quality and customer service from Macys

I have bought this duvet set and matching sheets twice before. This time the color is not white- it’s actually a yellowish cream color. All of my bedding and bed skirt is white and it’s very obvious that this is not the bright white it used to be. The pictures show the bright white. Maybe a change in manufacturer?

The duvet is beautiful in the beginning but as time goes on (usually a year), the bad quality becomes apparent. The fabric weakens and eventually rips along the seams or directly on the fabric. The plastic buttons will eventually fall off in the wash or dryer. If you are looking for a high quality duvet, skip this item! You'll thank me!

This particular brand of duvet cover has changed. The material feels more like a cotton poplin. The material used to have a softer and silkier feel. Also, the color is much, much lighter than it was previously. It still has breathability though.

It seems like a good product so far. Because of the purchase I received a 25% coupon code. The 25% code can’t actually be USED on any purchase, because everything is excluded. But it’s the thought that counts. Lol

I got the charcoal duvet and it is much darker than the pictures depict. It's still nice looking but doesn't really go with the aesthetic of my bedroom.
