Box not sealed

I love this cream and have used it before. I recently bought two jars, but neither box was sealed. The jar should have had an inner seal as well. The cream also seemed much more watery than usual, which made me suspicious. I ended up returning both of them. For now, I’ll only buy this product in-store.
