Product details
Web ID: 28107279The Pheasant Grove Oval Platter is the Thanksgiving centerpiece the collection has been building toward. Measuring 16 by 12 inches, it breaks from the pheasant theme with a stunning naturalist rendering of a tom turkey in full strut - tail plumage fanned across the platter's center, wattles in vibrant red, plumage detailed in iridescent greens, golds, and bronzes against an ivory ground. The illustration is rendered with the same naturalist hand as the pheasant artwork elsewhere in the collection, rivaling fine sporting prints for craftsmanship and anatomical accuracy.

- The Pheasant Grove Oval Platter measures 16 by 12 inches and breaks from the collection's pheasant theme with a stunning naturalist rendering of a tom turkey in full strut - tail plumage fanned, wattles in vibrant red, plumage in greens and golds.
- This is the Thanksgiving piece. The 16 by 12 inch oval is engineered specifically for presenting a roasted whole turkey at the holiday table, with enough length for a carved bird and enough width to plate sides like vegetables, stuffing, or gravy.
- The turkey illustration is rendered with the same naturalist hand as the pheasant artwork elsewhere in the collection - atomically accurate plumage, careful color study, and a confident standing pose that rivals fine sporting prints.
- The fully scalloped burgundy rim is densely patterned with autumnal botanicals - hops, hawthorn, ferns, and seeded grasses - that echo the harvest season. Even after the meal, the platter holds its place as a Thanksgiving centerpiece.
- Crafted from durable stoneware with a smooth protective glaze, the platter is dishwasher and microwave safe - practical enough to use, not just admire. It functions as the collection's dedicated holiday hero, passed down for years of Thanksgivings.
