Not True to Size

The description is inaccurate. It states that the top is 25.5 inches long, and based on the model's height and the shirt's length in the photo, I assumed this was true. It is not. It is more like 22 inches. I ordered an XL, and it fit like a medium.

Ordered this top and a printing label was supposedly created but I never received the item. Instead I showed a credit for the price on my credit card statement but never an email indicating that the order would be canceled and refunded.
