Rugs don’t have a tight pile and that makes the rugs look flat and not fluffy under foot. We like soft rugs on the hard ceramic bathroom floors. I will be returning them.

I bought several of the Aubergine rugs from Cassadecor, and they are super high-quality. I love that they are all cotton so they are soft, comfortable and durable. They hold their shape well and are non-slip. The cotton pile is very dense and soft under the feet. Beautiful rugs!

This review is from Cassadecor Signature 100% Cotton Bath Rug, 24" x 40"I would like to return these rugs. When I received them, they smelled so badly, I had to wash them before using them. They are not attractive rugs at all. How do I go about returning them for a' refund?
Terrible
These rugs appear nice at first. After a few days use, they are flat and absolutely not non-stick. Waste of money.

Terrible quality. Very flat. I would return the rug, but I removed the tags and used a couple of days.

They look OK, but the colors do not match. I bought a total of three rugs and the largest size yellow is not the same shade of yellow as the two that will go in front of each sink. They’re two different shades of yellow. Same rugs, same description just two different sizes. I’m very dissatisfied, but I’m not going to go through the trouble of returning them. If they were sitting side-by-side, I would have to return them, but the larger rug is over by the shower so it isn’t beside the sink rugs.

Quality of rug is nice. Ordered in plum color; washed in cold water; it bleeds bad & also left color residue in dryer & excess lint in lint tray. I had to clean both appliances thoroughly. Be careful!

Very disappointed
As some customers reported, the rug sheds really bad. But it also says that you can put it on the dryer and low and when I did that it left all kinds of residue inside my dryer from what I believe is the nonstick backing. And after drying it once it definitely moves on our tile more than it did when I opened it.
