It is smaller than expected. The real issue is that is very soft and therefore provides no neck support. Just a lump of fluff. Getting demoted to a pillow for my granddaughter when she visits.
Super nice pillow just too tall for me
Super nice pillow. Quality foam. and cover. And great size from left to right. It would be great for someone who needs more support under the neck. One side was too high /thick for me the other was too low. Hated to return but it just didn't work for me. Oh, it wasn't hard as a rock like some. It is perfect for the right person.
Great for side sleepers!
Quality pillow and probably really great for side sleepers but I sleep on my back so this pillow was not great for me. Breathable material and definitely seems like it will last a while. Not sure how much this cost but I wouldn’t buy another

Perfect pillow!
I’ve been using the Contour Pillow with Serene Foam for a few weeks now, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for my sleep. Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work. It’s not perfect - it took me a couple of nights to get used to the contour shape, and if you’re someone who likes to squish your pillow into different shapes, this isn’t for you. But for me, the neck support and cooling properties make it a keeper. Overall, if you’re dealing with neck pain or you’re a hot sleeper looking for some relief, I’d say give this pillow a shot. It’s been a solid upgrade for my sleep setup.

Needs instructions
I received a complimentary Comfort-tech pillow in exchange for my candid review. I was excited to try out this pillow as it was presented as a cooling pillow to help “ hot sleepers” like myself have a more comfortable experience. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t find a way to get comfortable with this pillow. There weren’t any instructions with it so I tried it by itself, too narrow side to side. I tried it with another pillow as it was pictured on the Influenster program page and that wasn’t comfortable either. Sorry, just didn’t work for me.

Great neck support
I really like this contour pillow with “Serene foam.” It’s very comfortable, despite what I originally thought just by looking at it. The added neck support is a game changer for back and side sleepers alike. My husband even used it for a night and wanted one for himself. I’m unsure if it actually needs a pillowcase, since the cover that is on it is removable, but I didn’t care for the texture of the pillow alone. Overall, it’s a great pillow that helps me with restful sleep!

Pretty Good Pillow
This pillow is super soft! It also kept my head relatively cool throughout the night. I did like the design and how it had contours for my neck. I do wish it had more structure and support for my neck. It would be perfect if it was a bit more firm.
