Stop the plastic!

I purchased because I love the temperature selection and specifically the 110 degree selection for bread making; however, I thought that this was all stainless steel and glass touching the water. It is not. There is plastic inside the steel spout and the full lid is plastic. I returned it.

Great Kitchen Accessory w Great Options!

This gets used several times a day, and I LOVE it! We switched to plastic-free coffee making, using a large ceramic pour-over kit. I love the option of different temperatures for different beverages. Coffee does taste better at the lower temperature! Also important to me was the ability to take the lid off for cleaning, and also to turn the pitcher upside down on my dish rack for drying. A winner!

Terrible product

This Capresso H2O Select Glass Kettle is a terrible product. After a few months, it doesn't heat the water, and you only get lukewarm water. I need a replacement.

Short Lived

It was cute for the very short time it lived. It broke for absolutely no reason at all, the on/off button is extremely weak and sensitive, so it no longer works!

Great, until it died

The kettle worked perfectly, until it went silent after 10 months. Customer service will honor the 1-year guarantee, BUT be aware that you must pack and ship the non-working kettle to them at your own expense. On receipt, they say they’ll ship a new unit to you within 48 hours.
