Purse was never delivered

I had to call numerous times because I ordered this purse just about three weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Now in the app it says it was delivered which it was not and it also says another one is supposed to be delivered which it has not. I’ve spent hours on the phone to customer service trying to get a credit since it’s obviously lost. I ordered numerous other things at the same time because I had $30 in Star money that needed to be used. I got the other items but never did receive the purse. Then when I call them to tell them for the third time, it looks like they said my $30 store money was going to be used on the purse so they canceled it instead of using it with the rest of the order that came. Will not be ordering anything online from Macys again!

Perect travel purse

Love the look and texture of this bag. I chose the white and it's a grayish silvery white which is perfect. Big enough for my wallet, phone, and essentials without being a big bulky bag.

Very disappointed

This my first day wearing the purse to Church when I got in my car I notice a blue color on the purse I’m not sure if it can from my black jacket or what but I am not happy at all.

Not what I expected

Really cute purse, but smaller than I expected. It doesn't open very wide. No outside pocket(s) for phone or keys. And the color is not dove gray, it's basically white.

Soft to touch

Nice looking crossbody. Love Calvin Klein purses. Perfect size for what I was looking for. So soft!! Buying a second one.
