Great non stick pan
The is easy to cook on. You can wipe it with a paper towel or just rinse it after use. I have not had to scrub anything! Good value for the price! It also came easily packaged and ready to go with an initial wash.

A very nice addition to the kitchen.
Delighted with this new pan. It did a great job sautéing mushrooms and onions this week. The heating was even with no hot spots and it was very easy to clean. I would recommend this product.

No oil, no problem
Loved using this pan! No assembly required. It heats up fast and evenly cooks food making it perfect for everyday use. The long handle also remains cool during extended stovetop use. Its nonstick surface is ideal for cooking eggs and makes for easy cleanup.

We like.it but.i.love my hard anodised.pans better
I'm a huge fan of Calphalon's hard anodised pans. We have atleast five of them and I'm trying their ceramic pans for the first time and i like it. I made pasta, curries, pancakes, and chapatis. It does stain a bit when cooking pancakes with blueberries or anything flour made etc. I don't like that. When we make something with flour based the heat feels like its not heating well.But everything else just skids through the pan so smoothly. The color of the pan is also so fancy and 3qt pans are perfect pans for us.

A perfect addition to cook yummy meals
i absolutely love the Calphalon ceramic Nonstick saute pan. Thé pan is heavy and very sturdy which shows it’s made up of really high quality material and will last a long time. The heating in the pan is even and very quickly to cook food fast and perfectly. food didn’t stick to the pan and that helped get it out perfectly. The handle on the pan is perfectly designed to help put strain on the hand and is cool to touch while cooks which helps pickup the pan when hot. The lid is perfect and helps prevent splatter from the sauce or otherwise. Cleaning the pan was a breeze. The pan is perfect for a family size meal and it stores easy. Absolutely love the ceramic coating and the color is also very neutral and pleasant to look at. It is totally worth the price and will be buying more in this line for sure.
