Quality product - User needs help ;-)

I have a long history with Brother products. I replace the drum shortly after the reminder pops up. I must have done something wrong this time, though. It has been installed less than a month and I am already getting reminders.

Yes Junk

I bought this Genuine-Drum unit DR-820 on May 5,2024. Today 7/18/24 I am getting a message to "Replace Drum". The last drum unit I had lasted 7 years. So frustrated as I went to https://www.brother-usa.com/support and it's useless to get the information on what my options are given that it lasted 78 days. I even tried to send a picture but your useless website wouldnt allow me to upload it.
