Disappointed Defective Product

Function button did not work. Reached out to Breville and will send a replacement with a charge to my card. I need to return the defective product via UPS store and they will refund credit card charge upon receipt of defective product.

Superb Kitchen Must Have Appliance

Just received it and wow! Top of the line Breville must have kitchen appliance. The Joule is the same oven as the Pro, but has the working brain that can communicate with your phone or other device in your home. Love it, love it, love it! Plenty of video recipes, step by step instructions while cooking. Looks great in kitchen and does need some space. This appliance is very well made, and improvements have been made (2026). It’s worth the money!
