Yummy coffee

Love the coffee but it takes a lot of patience to make a good cup of coffee which is so much like the European coffees . It was a gift for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is it’s a bit too complicated for us.

Couldn't get it dialed in.

I really wanted to love this machine but i couldn't get it dialed in after trying for 2 weeks. I gave up on the 3rd week and decided to give it 1 more try before i decided to return it and it breaks. It wouldn't grind just a loud noise when i pushed the portafilter in.

Barista Touch

Barista Touch is a big disappointment. The brew is so inconsistent. Using the same coffee beans, water, and the brew is never the same. Sometimes it is more espresso and sometimes it brews less. I was so excited to get this and now I’m so sorry I ordered it. The only consistent part is the milk frother.

Power button

The quality of esspresso and touch are great. However, the power button sometimes works and sometimes it does not. A bit disappointing for a a expensive machine looking for quality. Can get frustrating in the morning when you want to brew coffee and does not turn on.
