Good product and excellent customer service

Recently bought this product from Macy’s. I have purchased this Borghese mask many times in the past from various vendors. Macy’s provide the best price combined with excellent customer service. I will definitely be buying this product from Macy’s again.

Irritating

I used a sample of Advanced Fango Active mud and ended up with red, faw-feeling, stinging face. I have been using Fango on and off since the 1990s and have nad no issues with it. This version is not for me. Sadly, I also have an unopened jar of this mud that I won't be using, given my skin's reaction to the sample.

Luxurious Product

Great product — smells luxurious and left my skin soft and even. The texture is perfect. I've been using it once a week, and so far I'm liking the results. I have dry skin, so it requires a bit more hydration afterward, but during sweaty summer days, it's a great product for unclogging pores.

It Was Okay, But Not What I Expected

I purchased this because my favorite pink mud mask is no longer available, and I was looking for a replacement. This one was different from the pink mask I used to use, and unfortunately, I didn't notice any brightening effect. It may work for others, but it didn't meet my expectations.
