Never Recieved The Order

It's been 12 days (8 business days) since I ordered two of these and I have yet to recieve them. Order has been "processing" since the day I placed the order. I chatted with a rep and they can't cancel the order because their system shows it will show up tomorrow, yet they can't provide me with a tracking # or info on the courier. So annoying!
