I was very disappointed with this product. It didn't perform as advertised. Food sticks to the surface, making it difficult to cook and clean, especially poach eggs. I followed the care instructions, but it still didn't last. I wouldn't recommend this product and won't be buying this brand again.

Hot Handle

I purchased this 10" Fry pan and received minor hand burns when I grabbed the handle while cooking on gas stove. This is a bad design. I never experienced hot handle on any frying pan, except the black cast iron ones. My fellow customers be very careful cooking with this pan. The handle should have a warning label or marking. Will not purchase again.

Excellent!!

So far it’s excellent. I’ve used it several times. Omelettes come out perfect. Chopped onions and garlic sautéed in olive oil beautifully. Scrambled eggs slide right out. I always use a little olive oil because I like it. I’ve never tried the pan without a little olive oil. Washing the pan with a gentle sponge takes a few seconds. I know that no nonstick pan is meant to last forever, like stainless steel or cast iron. The price is very reasonable. I use great GIR 5 piece Silicone utensils and they work perfectly with this pan. I don’t like throw away pans, but the ceramic nonstick just makes things so much easier. This pan is highly recommended as safe and effective by Consumer Reports.

Good at first...

Product worked good at first, a year later, food sticks. That tells me the coating is coming off and is probably in my food.
