waiting for too long!!!!!
I ordered a pair of toddler sandal for my kid and planning to wear it on our summer vacation; but I have been waiting for over a month and I think I can’t get it before I leave home for a long summer vacation aboard and I have been waiting over a month. I think I can’t get it before my departure and the sandal will not fit anymore when I come back since kid grows very fast. I asked for a refund but they said it’s a sale item so not allow to get refund. I feel very disappointed since I did not expect it takes so long period for delivery. This is their fault but they just refuse to refund it. ,

we received the shoes, they were not as shown in picture. very thin plastic soles. in the picture thick soles. I returned mine as well. not as pictured.
