I ordered Nov.30th- 5 days later it had not shipped. I called customer service they were no help. I then get a cancellation on the item with no explanation. I was desperate for this jacket since my son is a 2xlt, i ordered it again. Also, no movement on shipping. I don't think he will get his Christmas gift. Macys customer service horrible in training and communication. The vendor cannot be contacted, all bad phone numbers. What kind of vendors is Macys dealing with? They are doing a disservice to their customers.
