Adorbs but Broken

Finally got my hands on this adorable little bag and unfortunately, the sparkly bits that dangle under the bat wings are broken - some are broken in half, some are not broken but they are no longer attached to the bag just stuck in the fringe, and others are just missing entirely. This would not be the fault of Macy's but quality and craftsmanship from Betsey Johnson?
