Quality

I purchased three different pairs of heels from this brand and was initially very pleased with their appearance. The shoes are beautiful; however, I have experienced significant quality issues with all three pairs. Two of the pairs broke at the heel after being worn only twice, and the third pair is already showing signs of the same problem. Given how little the shoes have been used, I am very disappointed with their durability and overall quality.
