Odd Shaped Compartments
Random shapes make it hard for a regular sandwich and snacks lunch. That little circle thing in the middle - yeah you can put dips in there - but what if you're kid isn't a dip kid. Five almonds? Six raisins? I will say this box can fix a sandwich cut in half in here.

Hello Hannah, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box. We understand how the uniquely shaped compartments can make packing everyday snacks more challenging, especially when the smaller center compartment may not be useful for a child who isn’t a fan of dips. We’re glad to hear that the lunch box works well for fitting a sandwich cut in half. We truly appreciate you sharing both what works well and what could be improved. Feedback like yours helps us better understand the different ways families use our lunch boxes and helps guide us as we continue to improve our products. If you have any questions or would like assistance in finding a Bentgo lunch box that may better suit your child’s lunch and snack preferences, please feel free to reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. We’d be happy to help. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us, Hannah. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
Weak lock
I bought this lunch box for my 2 years old son in August 2025. The size is perfect. But one of the lock got loose after 6 months of use and now is falling out all the time.

Gross smell
I wanted to love this product, however we hadn't even used it yet with real food bc we hadn't had the opportunity to, so my daughter had been using it to pack pretend lunches with her pretend food. When I went to actually use it for the first time, the rubber seals inside smells strongly or cat urine. I washed it numerous times and it still smells like cat urine. Needless to say, that I won't be putting her food in this box.

Not dishwasher proof or durable
Wanted to love this. I put the lunch box in the dishwasher to find that the side of the case morphed, making it impossible to insert the tray back in and to close. Lasted 3 months. Def not durable or low maintenance.

Hi dre24, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box and that the outer case warped after being placed in the dishwasher. For best results, we recommend placing only the removable tray on the top rack of the dishwasher and hand washing the outer shell to help maintain its shape over time. That said, we understand how frustrating this situation is, especially after only a few months of use. Your Bentgo lunch box is backed by our warranty, and we’d love the opportunity to help make this right. Please reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738, and our team will be happy to assist. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
