Love!!

I really love this brow pencil! it’s super pigmented, and the tip is very thin which makes it very easy to create precise, natural brows. It glides on smoothly and it is very easy to control plus it has a spoolie brush on the other side. Definitely a product I would get again!

Love this product, I’ve been buying it for years. I’m in my 60s and I love how this fills in my eyebrows. There are quite a few shade options and the application process is easy and it stays put throughout the day. I definitely recommend this product.

Easy for beginner

This brow pencil was easy to use and blended well with my eyebrow color. It was easy to draw heavier lines and lighter lines to fill in the brow. Overall it gave a natural look!

Missing or Delayed Shipments

I love these brow pencils (and I highly recommend them - 5 stars!) so this is not about them. I have been a Macy's platinum customer for years with most of my purchases being online for the past 8+ years as I no longer live near a Macy's. Lately, I am either not getting shipments at all or they are several days delayed. I am not sure what is going on with their systems or processes, but this is very disappointing. I am considering finding a new department store chain after all these years (at least for makeup, which seems to be the biggest issue) because I don't feel like I can trust whether something I ordered will arrive on time or at all (and you don't want to see this mug without some makeup!) Macy's has handled the missing shipments appropriately, which I do appreciate.
