Cheaply made

I’ve bought better quality shoes from Temu. This is not a quality product of Macy’s. Not impressed with Macys marketplace items. Material is so thin the heal creases when trying to put the shoe on

Poor packaging

Besides being the incorrect size, poor packaging. I ordered size 10 received size 9, then it came in plastic wrap without a shoe box

Cute style but creases.

Cute color and style but very cheap material. Shoe started to crease when I attempted to try it on and I realized that it would happen every time I wore it so I returned.
