I’m feeling like myself again.
I’ve been using this for a few months now and I do feel “better “. I was experiencing perimenopause symptoms including weight gain. Since taking beef supplements I’m starting to feel like myself again. I did loose some weight but I have been incorporating more excercise and a healthier diet. I will continue to take beef supplements as I they seem to be helping.

Seems to have been helpful
I’ve been taking this for a couple months. I gradually increased the dosage and now take 4 a day. The perimenopause symptoms i was having are no longer noticeable. I did experience heavier periods at first but that seems to have leveled out and back to normal.

I’ve used this product for the past 8 years faithfully. Ran out a few months ago and went without just to see if I would notice and difference.
