Beware 3rd party purchase!!!

I never received the item and was unaware I was buying from a third party who is not very helpful. They refuse to reship the item or give me a refund. They want me to call whoever shipped it and open a dispute. Horrible customer service. I did call Macys and they are issuing the refund.
