Too small for a large - disappointed

Really nice looking. Unfortunately too small and the next size up no longer available. It shouldn't be too small even as a slim-fit. 3 stars for how lovely it is. Minus two stars for not fitting the proper size. Returned.

How Hard is it to Pick the Correct Item

Ordered the jacket 44R and pants 34x30 for the Bar III slim fit linen suit. Online says I received the jacket and pants that were supposed to come today are now delayed. In reality, I had pants delivered in the wrong size 38x32 (not even close) and the jacket has still not arrived. What else could they screw up? I was hoping to not have to drive to Macy's with online ordering but I guess that is out.
