Bought it last year the handles leatherette disintegrated and crumbled up on my trip. Disappointed since the bag is still new.

Wanted to love it but...

I wanted to love this backpack, based on what I read in other reviews. I had to return it, though. The straps are set too close to my neck and have a mesh backing, which scratched my neck and shoulders, making it unusable for me. Additionally, I couldn't cinch up the straps enough to fit.

A great elevated bag in place of a backpack.

This is a great bag! It’s actually bigger than I expected and so I can’t use it every day as I had wanted to. It holds a tremendous amount of stuff and I think I could go away for a weekend just using that. But it’s very nicely designed with lots of pockets and I think it’s a little upscale with the design on around the handles and everything. I’m glad I bought it

Love how it sits upright and opens fully

I bought this bag a couple weeks ago. I've been looking for a backpack that would fit over a suitcase handle and that wasn't too deep. I love how it sits upright on the floor and allows you to open fully to see what's inside.

Fantastic Backpack for Working Hybrid

I recently bought this bag because I work hybrid now and I needed something that had more organizational pockets and was easy to pack and unpack. I love the opening on this bag and all the pockets.
