Now I Get It!

I absolutely love my new Baggallini purse purchased on the BC Ferries... ! And I have to say, I love the story behind the company just as much. Two flight attendants saw a need for a lightweight, practical and well-organized bag and decided to create one themselves. I think these gals were very clever — they clearly understood what women actually need when they're travelling and on the go. Now that I own one, I get it! Everything seems to have a place, it’s lightweight and comfortable, and the organization is brilliant without making the bag feel bulky. Such a simple idea, done really, really well. I’m officially a Baggallini fan!

Sturdy Functionality

Loads of Features

Greatest bag I have ever owned, just ordered a replacement for the one I had for years. There are so many pockets to keep me organized: on the front 2 smaller ones for keys and hair essentials, on the back a pouch for 2 sets of glasses, one one side for phone, the other side for zippered storage (phone when traveling). On the inside there is a zipper pouch, slots for cards and enough left over space for everything else. It's incredible! Most of all I love the option of shoulder or cross body and the straps are not detachable, no goofy looking clips.

Limited space

The many pockets are great except each pocket space is limited and tight. I can’t fit my items as I could in previous bags. I struggle to remove items from the pockets doe to tight spaces. They need to make the main compartment and each pocket space bigger or reduce the amount of pockets

Mistakes Happen

The wrong item was sent. I will be returning the product. Went ahead and ordered the correct merchandise directly from the source. This is two bad experiences from Macy’s in a row. I’m done.
