No Buttons

I bought this coat because I was tired of the Puffer Jackets and I wanted to have something different. When it arrived there was absolutely no buttons on it or even any button holes! It was also lined inside when I believe it said unlined in it's description. Needless to say while I was looking at it, it picked up every single lint thing in came in touch with, it wasn't soft at all and felt like a softer version of a Brillo pad I use on my pans. This cannot possibly be the coat advertised but looks like it without buttons and the lining inside. Thankfully customer service helped me with my issue and resolved everything. But I seriously would not recommend this jacket to anyone, regardless of the sale price if they receive what I did and would look elsewhere.
