Worst experience ever buying Teddy Blake

I bought this bag online and was waiting for it. However it never got shipped. When I asked customer care they made me wait for the refund, it’s been a month and 4 days and I was asked to wait another 5 business days today. Never going to buy Teddy Blake ever

The purse was lovely but

The purse was lovely but my rating is based the color. The dark red was more burgandy, very close to Bordo. would have really liked the deep dark red tone as pictured.
