Quality Speaker Overall with a Major Drawback
The sound bar has really good sound quality from my experiences with it and some of the sound modes and other features on the sound bar was a pleasant surprise. My main issue that I have is the remote that comes with the sound bar. It only seems to work if the sound bar is already on which kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote. Why include something that is intended to control the device from a distance when I have to go to the device to make sure it's even on? On top of that, the device shuts off after inactivity meaning you have to go to the device each time to turn it on before being able to use it. Not sure if this intentional in design but seems like a very poor decision, especially since nearly every other device I've ever known to be controlled with a remote is not dependent on the device being on first. I'm only willing to overlook this drawback because of the price I paid for it but you may want to consider other options if you're not buying this on a discount.
