Grill pan that cooks to perfection!

This cast iron grill pan is an awesome cookware choice to grill just about anything you want! I love that you can use it on glass/ceramic, electric/induction or gas stovetops. It makes this pan very versatile to use and it can also be used in the oven up to 450 F. I used mine on my glass top electric oven and it worked great! My burger cooked nice and evenly! I had no problems with food sticking to the pan as I washed and seasoned it prior to first use. I also like that this pan has ridges that leave those grill marks on your food! The pan is approximately 9.25” wide/long and the handle is approximately 6” long, making the entire length of the pan around 15.25” long. It is around 4-4.5 lbs and approximately 1.5” deep. This pan is safe to use wood or nylon utensils on. I used a metal spatula when cooking which worked just fine. I like that included with the grill pan are detailed instructions that go over how to get your pan ready for first use, how to care for and how to season the pan. I thought the instructions were clear and thorough and really helped me to prepare my pan for cooking! The burger that I cooked came out wonderful! This pan distributes heat nice and evenly so that your food cooks to perfection! This grill pan is perfect for cooking anything you might want to grill and you can do it right inside! This cast iron pan must be hand washed and it is recommended to not use dish soap. I used hot water and a sturdy brush to clean. I found this pan to be easy to use and clean.
