I have been using these apple cider vinegar gummy‘s for three years now and I am very impressed! They help curb my appetite, as well as keep me regular! The taste is good and is not overpowering like some others out there! I also compare the ingredients when purchasing gummy‘s and the calorie, carbs, sugar as well as the added vitamin B9 and B12 is fantastic compared to others. The best part though is the price for the quantity. Definitely recommend!

i’m always looking for things that support my health and once I receive these gummies I was thankful that I could chew these instead of taking a large pill.
