My item was not delivered.

The item was not received as I was in California and reported this to Macy upon my return and my claim was denied. I am looking for a replacement of same item. I did not receive a photo of the delivery. Please help me. I am a very long term customer.

I still haven’t received the product!!

The product hasn’t been delivered. It was supposed to be june 4, then delayed until the 11, then NO communication and no delivery. It is June 18!!
