Rug would not flatten out
I could never get this rug to flatten out. I laid heavy objects on it for 5 days, tried turn it upside down with heavy boxes on it and nothing worked. The edges on one side would not lay flat. Everyone kept tripping on it. Had to send back.

Wrong size delivered
We ordered a rectangle rug and received a round one instead. I can't speak to the quality because it's still packaged up.
Never received
After waiting for 6 days I received an email that said it was no longer available. I had bought 2 matching rugs for my kitchen a 3x5 and this runner. Had to send back the 3x5, cause I wanted them to match.
