Return policy

I was disappointed with the M size fit as it was large as I expected. I wanted to return it, but Macy’s customer service informed me that it was a final-sale item. I was completely unaware that the item was final sale when I placed the order online. It may have been mentioned at the final stage of the ordering process, but I placed the order with the understanding that it would be returnable if it did not fit or meet my expectations. I believe Macy’s should make final-sale restrictions much more prominent and clearly communicate them before customers complete their purchase. I also hope Macy’s considers a more flexible return policy for cardholders, especially when an item does not fit or meet expectations.
