Wrong Size Sent

I ordered these shoes in an 8.5M about a month ago for an event. Today is that event. When I took them out of the box, they looked HUGE! I checked the box, and it was labeled 8.5M. Then I checked the inside of the tongue of the shoe. It was labeled 10.5M. I logged into my account immediately to start a return only to discover the return window closed 3 days ago. It’s my fault for not looking at them sooner, but I’ve been wearing 8.5’s for years and knew the fit wouldn’t be an issue. Lesson learned.

Return not accepted

Quality was good, but the comfort is not worth. When i went to return it, they rejected. Clearly explained clearly about the pair doesn't have any comfort. They didn't care and asked me to donate or give it your friends.
