Arrived in a wrong size!

The shoes are gorgeous and very well crafted. Sadly, Macy’s sent us a half size bigger pair and we had to return them. We tried to buy it again online but they had removed the sale deal and all the small sizes were gone.

Color not as pictured

They look nice but the color is not even close to one that’s advertised. Color that I received is gray, not beige as pictured.
