Never showed up!

I waited all day for this rollaway bed to show up. It was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. Time of delivery was between 10 AM and 2 PM. Then all of a sudden there was an exception on my delivery. I guess Macys forgot to put my unit number so this item never arrived. It would’ve been nice for what I paid for it. I contacted Macys and I told them since it is in route, pull your item back and set it back to the shipper. I’m not dealing with third parties no more. I am very upset. I never got this Foldabed , I’m very disappointed and I am very upset!
