Unconvertable shoe! Too high priced for this particular bootie. I was not impressed how narrow the toe actually was and the arch did not fit my foot in my size.

Terrible Experience

Bad experience with this order. Never got the item, though an email said it was sent. Tracking not updated. Spoke with a customer service person who gave me a new delivery date. No item delivered. 10 days after the order was placed (and now 5 days before Christmas) AI Chatbot offered me option of refunding the purchase or reordering. Chatbot said 11 minutes to wait for a live agent, 30 minutes later, still waiting. I picked Macy's for this item because I thought they were reliable. Right!
