Good value for the money. Heat and back rest adjustment are the best features.

Overall, I was impressed by this chair. Assembly was simple with the detailed instructions. The arm rests did give me a little trouble but I was able to get them installed correctly. This chair seems like a good value for the money. The leather material feels nice and overall look of the chair is classy. The massage is a little underwhelming, but the heat function is good. The chair is sturdy and rolls well. I especially like that you can set the lean of the back rest to any angle.

Good looking and comfortable chair

The hydraulics on my office chair stopped working, so I need to get a new one. This had good reviews so I thought I’d try it. It’s a little firmer than I’m used to, but I think it’s gonna break in nicely. It’s a little tedious putting together but was able to do it in about 45 minutes. I can’t say that the massage feature is all that intense but it still feels kinda nice. It’s too hot to check the heat, but I have a feeling since my office is in the basement. It’ll be great in the winter.

False Advertisement

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered two office chairs, and while one matched the picture and description, the other was completely different—even though it had the same item number. I contacted customer service, but they were no help in resolving the issue. To give them another chance, I ordered a third chair, and once again, they sent the wrong one. I returned it in the same condition it was received and never even took it out of the box. Then I was told the chair was damaged when they received it, which is simply not true. Between receiving the wrong products multiple times , FALSE and dealing with unhelpful customer service, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Solid Chair at a Great Price

Just finished assembling the chair, super easy...took me about 30 mins and I was able to do it alone. The trickiest part was aligning the screws to connect the seat to the backrest. Chair sits a little hard, but supportive. The massage function is okay, the heat is nice! The plug and cord will likely get annoying though. Overall for the price, it's a great choice that looks good.
