Unable to reach customer support to report issues

Macy’s has poor Customer Support. Item arrived with holes in 5/7 boxes. Small tear in faux leather. Made multiple attempts to contact Macy’s by phone, chat, and email during normal business hours with zero success. I was able to reach a live agent by chat and that chat got disconnected. Dispute having my order number and all of my customer information, there was no call back. Attempted to reconnect with an agent and chat told me none were available. Keep getting deferred to call. Call and can’t speak to a live representative. I won’t purchase from Macy’s again. The product is decent for the price. Disappointed that one console arrived damaged and I can’t reach support for replacement.
