16x12 review
I modified the rear legs by cutting them down to 84¡± length so this would fit completely beneath the roof overhang. Frame and legs went together without too much effort. Had issues sliding in a few of the roof panels as some of the connecting strips were slightly bent. The biggest issue I ran into was drilling into the concrete pad. I secured the rear posts into brick and had to purchase extra brackets for this at a local hardware store. It looks nice and feels sturdy. No leaks noticed during rain the last few days. My wife is happy with it and I like it.
