Horrible Experience

The lamp was way too bright. Had to return it. Customer service was inept. It took nearly three weeks and three phone calls to receive a return shipping label, and then they failed to process the return (two more calls). I'm still waiting for my money back, and they received my returned item over a month ago. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
