the package was so wrecked and the comferter so wrinkled, I'm disappointed
This review is from 510 Design Logan Woven Striped 7-Pc. Comforter Set, California KingHorrible packing and handling
You can say: ★☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my order from Macy’s. My comforter set arrived in a box that was completely crushed, torn open, and barely holding together with tape. The product was exposed during shipping, which is unacceptable for bedding. On top of that, the comforter itself arrived very dirty, making it seem as though it had been mishandled or improperly stored. Receiving a new item in this condition is unacceptable and far below the level of quality I expected from Macy’s. Better packaging, handling, and quality control are clearly needed. I would not recommend ordering bedding online based on this experience.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your comforter set arrived with damaged packaging and that the product itself was not in the clean, new condition you expected. The 510 Design Logan Comforter Set is designed to provide a stylish bedroom update with its woven striped design and coordinated pieces for a complete, modern look. However, we understand that the condition in which a product arrives is just as important as its design, and we sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. If you haven’t already returned the item, we kindly recommend contacting Macy’s Customer Service directly at 800-289-6229 for assistance.
This review is from 510 Design Logan Woven Striped 7-Pc. Comforter Set, KingAppealing-King size
The fitted sheet pocket was not stated so I was skeptical about purchasing. Well it did not disappoint. And the fitted sheet also has side pockets for your remote or whatever on both sides of the bed. We love it. The sheets, pillow cases, comforter & shams are appealing. The whole 7 PC is very comfortable, easy to wash, dry & use.

This review is from 510 Design Logan Woven Striped 7-Pc. Comforter Set, QueenPoor Fit
The comforter and shams seemed to match the description but the fitted sheet was way too large and also had pockets (maybe for a phone or remote) that were not listed in the description. These also seemed to impact the fit. Returned.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the comforter and shams matched the description and met your expectations — many customers enjoy their soft feel and stylish design. We’re sorry the fitted sheet didn’t fit as expected and included pockets that weren’t mentioned, which impacted the overall fit. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.
Queen sheets doesnt fit queen bed
Sheets didn’t fit. It is not a queen size. Color is nice.
Response from Macy's
Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the 510 Design Logan Woven Striped Comforter Set did not fully meet your expectations. While designed with standard Full/Queen dimensions, variations in mattress drop and bed styling can affect fit and overhang. Your input is very valuable, and we’ll share your comments with our product and quality teams to help improve sizing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

I love it, very good quality
A lot of people are complaining that the box is super beat up and the product is super wrinkled when there are instructions on what you need to do in order to get rid of the wrinkles. After following instructions it looked beautiful and feels super soft and fluffy.
